Backguard: Treatment of colorectal cancer mainly depends on early diagnosis. Up to nowthe main methods include fecal occult blood test, endoscopy and detection of CEA. Thespecificity and sensitivity of the fecal occult blood test and detection of CEA are affectedby many factors. Endoscopy is limited by equipment and personnel. They can not be usedfor large-scale screening for colorectal cancer.Ami: Looking for a high specificity, sensitivity and simple detection method is one of themost important points to the early diagnosis of colorectal cancer.Method: A new microfluidic channels system blovked by BSA will be used in thetransistor. At the same time, the method of Modification and detection will change to adoptthe new system. So, the sensor will be continuously be used to detect tumor markersrelated to colorectal cancer. Some studies will be made on the relationships betweensensor’s resistance and concentration of tumor markers. The pertinency of tumor markersto colorectal cancer should be made further clear.Result and conclusion: This system can propose a detection method for colorectal cancerearly diagnosis with characteristics of simple, cheap and accurate.
