Within mobile computing era, Wi-Fi wireless access networks gets mature gradually, andfunctions of mobile devices become powerful rapidly, making many problems for P2P networkscommunicational applications in mobile environments. Wireless data broadcast technology cansolve the asymmetric problem of mobile network communications effectively. By using broadcastscheduling strategies, the average latency and energy consumption in broadcast data access can bereduced substantially. Therefore, combine P2P networks with data broadcast technology, so as toform the broadcast data access mechanism based on mobile P2P networks, which is possible tooptimize the performance for mobile terminal devices having access to spatial data effectively. In this thesis, based on mobile P2P networks data broadcast technology, an optimizing accesslatency scheduling method is proposed in wireless broadcast data access, which is hot-spotdata-oriented. In this method, by increasing the broadcasting frequency of hot-spot data, hot-spotdata can be accessed quickly. And the effective combination of (1, m) indexing techniques canoptimize the sequence of data broadcast, thus reducing the average access latency for mobile clienthaving access to data broadcast ultimately. Besides, in order to make better use of the synergymechanism between peer nodes, a spatial query algorithm and its optimization strategy are proposedin mobile P2P network environments. With this scheme, both the spatial characteristics and hot-spotfeatures can be ensured within certain limits, thus optimizing the access performance of spatial data. Finally, simulation experiment in mobile P2P network is implemented, which is intended tocomplete the spatial range query and neighbor query. Research results show that the proposedpolicy can effectively reduce the average access latency and energy consumption in broadcast dataaccess. The methods of this thesis provide new research ideas for further improving the accessmechanism of spatial data in mobile P2P networks.
