With the development of IT and E-commerce, E-commerce running modelin campus has started to replace the traditional campus transaction in order tostandardize the market, increase trading efficiency, optimize the resources and makeit easier to manage.The design and realization of a “second-handed market platform system” hasbeen introduced in detail in this paper. First, the main content of this subject hasbeen raised based on the concept and connotation of E-commerce followed byanalysis of current research status and problems to campus E-commerce at home andabroad. Then, the technology used in this system has been selected and analyzed. Atriple data processing construction based on B/S, and.NET Framework4.0+MVCconstruction for develop environment has been chosen. An introduction to server andsafety technology has is mentioned in this part. During demand analysis, a generalgoal for system construction has been put forward according to the practicalapplying need of second-handed transaction market in schools. Meanwhile, detailedanalysis to the function demand, data demand of system as well as the possibility tothe realization of system has been made in this part followed by the detailed designof system, especially the function module, the program flow of main business, thedatabase and optimization of system performance. Finally, detailed introduction tothe realization of safety standard as well as some main business function modulessuch as user’s register/log on, browse to commodities, shopping trolley, orderprocessing and online payment has been made. Besides, experiments have been doneto optimize the system function in this part.This system has been proved to be a practical, safe, maintainable andhumanized. Not only can it provide a convenient online transaction platform forschools, buy also a reference to construction for other E-commerce platform with campus network.
