The Application And Research Of Teaching Management System Based On Workflow

Because the traditional teaching management system lacks of flexibility, the strain is weak, applying workflow technology to the management system of teaching. Workflow technology separates the function module and the process management, processing to modeling and control respectively, making the process automation, let the right people carry out the right work at the right time. Taking development of teaching management system as an example, this paper studys the application of workflow technology in the system.Firstly, the paper introduces the jbpm4, B/S framework, workflow, workflow engine, and software test technology, introducing mainly the workflow technology and workflow engine. by knowing origin of the workflow, development, present situation, definition and the characteristics of workflow technology, providing a theoretical basis for the development of the teaching management system. Secondly, the paper introduces the basic concept of workflow engine, system structure, the reference model, implementation steps, making the operation condition of workflow technology clear.The paper takes the teaching management system of Xi’an Technological University as the background,carrying the system demand analysis, and clearing the functional requirements of the teaching management system, and taking the development of classroom management system in teaching management as an example,the workflow technology is applied to teaching management system, and carries on the demand analysis and process modeling, on this basis, clearing about access control mechanism based on the role, and flow control mechanism based on task. At the stage of system design, setting up the system development environment, designing software framework, system interface and database; In the detailed design, integrating SSH framework and JBPM framework, the code is more concise, making development and maintenance of the system more easier.Finally, after the software test, the running of system is stable, the effect is good, can facilitate the document online automatic circulation, simplifies the user’s work, can greatly facilitate information exchange, improving work efficiency and quality of teaching management, at the same time, to making decisions for the school to provide the necessary basis.
