As one of the key technologies of cloud computing, load balancing can dynamically allocatingcloud load to all nodes in the cloud. Effective load balancing algorithm plays an important role inimproving customer satisfaction, guaranteeing resource utilization rate and avoiding frequentmigration of virtual machines.Based load balancing applications in the cloud, the paper carried out extensive studies and putforward the corresponding policy on cloud resources strategy, cloud computing chain load models,cloud monitoring mechanism and task scheduling strategy, includes:1. Analyze the virtual machine deployment mechanism, the factors of causing virtual machineperformance degradation and cloud chain load models. Raise a differentiated resource poolallocation strategy, including the way to build the physical resource pool and deploy the virtualresource pool. Through simulation experiments, compared with the existing strategy of buildingresource pool, the strategy can take full advantage of cloud resources and improve resourceutilization rate.2. Based on existing load balancing technology in cloud computing, the paper quantifies the useof a variety of resources, defines different types of load balancing with the way to fine granularity,and presents a new load balancing strategy to feedback and dual monitor strategy. Simulationresults show that the load balancing strategy can effectively monitor cloud resource usage andmaintain a relative load balancing state in cloud environments.3. Compare and analyze the existing task scheduling strategy, explain the task type classificationand the calculation method of task resource demand, propose task scheduling algorithm which isbased on load balancing and then improve the algorithm on response time. Compared with existingtask scheduling algorithm based on load balancing, simulation experiments prove that the algorithmhas certain advantages in terms of the overall load balancing and response time of the system.
