As a complement to the main network structure, the CDN technology has effectively optimized the network resources allocation. But with the rapid development of the communications industry, the existing CDN technology cannot fully meet the people’s needs, there are many defects to be improved.In this paper, the problem to be solved is how to speed up the user network access, and also providing customized services to the content.At the first, I analyzed the factors that affect the speed of data transmission network, which, and then I located the entry point solutions to problems in taking some ways to optimize the network load handing capacity. Then I studied the two most popular network load balancing technology, CDN technology and P2P technology. By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the two technologies, this paper presents a solution which uses the P2P network technologies to optimize the organizational structure of the CDN network by building the accelerate clusters. Meanwhile, in order to solve the P2P network nodes’poor network perception, I added a characteristic that the data path could be dynamically adjusted to the change of the network performance.In addition, to provide the content customized accelerating services, I used the domain to classify these requests, so that the content can be selectively accelerate service request. In the system it defined a routing table strategy to regulate the flow of data transmission.The result of this paper is to design and implement an accelerated service system software, and provided interoperability feature between software. So it made possible to speed up the system with the scale service by constructing a cluster. In the design process, the software functions were divided into data proxy system and route tracker system, and I gave them a detailed design. At the final programming I implemented a request-driven high-concurrent proxy server with the asynchronous transaction processing model.Through systematic analysis of the test results it verified that the system could improve the acceleration service response speed of the network, and also improve the users’Internet experience. Meanwhile it proved that my opinion of optimizing CDN service was correct and feasible.
