| The rendering research of natural scenes is a hot and difficult field of computer graphics. In order to get fast and real rendering effect, a lot of research work has been done on the rendering technique to get better rendering effect and GPU technique has also been applied in the research in this paper. The main work is as follows:First, in this paper a lot of research work in and abroad has been done and also the rendering methods of trees have been studied. Because the previous modeling lacks reality compared with software modeling and previous rendering methods could not meet the real and quick demands, in this paper a new method is brought about in which Maya-based modeling method is applied and LOD technique and Billboard technique are combined to switch different models in which Billboard models are used in the background to meet the fast rendering and real rendering requirement.Second, in this paper different shadow techniques have been studied and shadow map technique is applied in rendering complex scenes. While there is a problem named aliasing in shadow map, in this paper Light Space Perspective Shadow Map is combined with OSG technique and Maya-based models. Besides the swaying of the trees is also an important part for virtual tree rendering, in this paper, a simplified swaying model is made and achieved based on the shading language GLSL.Third, water rendering methods are studied and besides to get real water effect the reflection and the refraction must be a part of water rendering. Because of different kinds of water, different kinds of rendering methods are applied in the rendering process and the reflection and the refraction effects are simulated based on GPU and GLSL.Last, Virtual Golf Simulation System is formed based the study and the relevant techniques,... |
