These years we have seen a rapid development and evolution of radio communication technology and the spectrum demand is becoming huger and huger. The main obstacle of the wireless communication technology development is the contradiction between the huge spectrum demand and the limited spectrum resources supply, which is also the problem that TD-LTE faces with now. It’s important to study on the spectrum planning of TD-LTE to find more spectrum resource and the coexistence of TD-LTE to deploy TD-LTE with other radio systems in the same band. These studies will greatly promote the development of TD-LTE.There are two key problems needed to be solved in the spectrum planning of ID-LTE:the first one is the available spectrum resource analysis and mining; the second is the study of coexistence between radio systems. Nowadays, the spectrum planning lacks of an electronic and automatic software platform which can be helpful on this work. This paper mainly demonstrates the design of XX system based on the coexistence analysis of TD-LTE and he research is supported by the National Key Technology R&D Program of China. Initially, this paper analyzes the coexistence interference between TD-LTE and XX system. The analyses and calculations are given in detail and the coexistence conditions are derived.Next, this paper studies the basic procedure of TD-LTE spectrum planning and its relevant technologies. Based on this study, the XX system based on the coexistence analysis of radio systems are designed and its system structure and functions are introduced. This design will be instructive to the future development of spectrum planning platform.Then, based on the research, this paper demonstrates the design and development of the "TD-LTE coexistence analysis aid decision-making software", which affords an electronic and automatic software platform to analyze the coexistence of TD-LTE. It makes the analysis become more efficient.Finally, a conclusion is summarized and the future directions in design and implementation are pointed out.
