TD-LTE is a high data rate, low system latency broadband mobile communication system, is composed of the main push of a4G standard System in its existing3G radio access network architecture and technology have greatly improved. The rapid development of China’s high-speed railway undertakings, reliable mobile communications under the proposed high-speed mobile environment needs, LTE has to rely on its superior design capabilities in high-speed mobile environment deployment. Switching is an important part of the high-speed mobile environment mobility management, this paper applies to the high-speed railway signaling scene switching algorithm based on pre-bearer, and in the LTE system-level simulation platform switching performance of the algorithm was validated analysis, mainly work includes the following two parts:The first part of the scenario for the high-speed railway, the proposed handover algorithm based on signaling pre-bearer. Firstly, the basic process and the corresponding LTE system switching signaling processes and analyzes the characteristics of LTE high-speed rail system switching. After reducing the switching process from the perspective of signaling overhead switching algorithm is proposed based on the pre-signaling bearer to achieve lower switching delay, the purpose of improving the success rate of the switch. Paper analyzes the basic theory based on the pre-bearer signaling switching algorithm, objective conditions required by the algorithm flow algorithms, and algorithms related to the core network to interact with signaling processes in engineering practice.The second part is LTE system-level simulation platform has been designed and implemented. First pointed out the LTE system-level simulation platform significance academia and industry as well as the current situation at home and abroad LTE system-level simulation platform, and then focuses on the architectural design concept of LTE system-level simulation platform simulation system for logical relationship with the calling object-oriented interface to the network entity modeling methods and the functional modules. Finally, on the LTE simulation platform based on the pre-handover algorithm signaling bearer of the simulation, the simulation results with the traditional simulation results obtained A3algorithm to compare and analyze the performance of signaling pre-load switching algorithm than traditional A3switching algorithm to be superior.
