With the development of communication network and technology, it is becoming more and more convenient for us to get in touch with our friends. But the communication in the extreme area without basestation, where suffers flooding or earthquake, is an important aspect that we can never ignore in our research. We need an effective way to provide a temporary communication network in these areas. In this paper, a scheme based on TUN/TAP virtual network device, Ad-hoc network structure and frequency hopping communication system is proposed and realized on SEED-DIM138A embedded board, with embedded Linux operation system. And aodv-uu open-source routing protocol stack gives it basic ability to receive and forward IP package and to build up an Ad-hoc network. Based on aodv-uu and the moving ability of unmanned plane, a new module, GEO-Module is proposed to provide the ability to recover Ad-hoc network structure and improve the robustness and practical performance of the network, which is mainly using location information. This paper shows the design of network structure and software.
