In recent years, the wireless technology under ubiquitous network developed rapidly. Internet services focused more on openness and interoperability, and the rose of Web of Things also brought a wealth of service resources, which made the capabilities of terminal devices accessible and useable to users anytime and anywhere. Meanwhile, with the advent of Web2.0ear, the trend of’user-centric’application spawned the development of User Generated Content. The emergence of social network also allowed Internet to serve users from a new dimension.Under this context, this paper explores and implements a new generation innovative Internet application under ubiquitous Web of Things. That is the User Generated Service, be short as UGS. Currently existing UGS tools mainly have four deficiencies:(1) ease of use is poor, the design of user interface interaction is not user-friendly, complex interaction process, difficult to use by non-technical users. Only users who have technical background and programming experience can handle it. So those tools cannot spread to the majority of ordinary users, or attract people to participate in;(2) the resource and category of services are limited and with low abstraction level, which may not meet the diverse needs of users;(3) the way of service composition is not flexible enough that cannot support dynamic reorganization, deployment and execution;(4) those tools do not effectively utilize the Internet for propagation and sharing, limiting its further expansion.In response to those problems, this paper first presents the fundamental environment of socialized UGS platform under ubiquitous Web of Things, setting up the roles of different terminals in user environment, analyzing the functional modules of four subsystems in execution environment, explaining the UGS subsystem in details, defining the objectives and specifying the way of implementation. By the understanding of user requirements and user scenarios, analyze the specific needs, then design and implement an easy-to-use UGS platform, and finally released online. In this process, this paper classifies open network and equipment services, and uses Abstract Web Service format to describe those services, while use Abstract Business Process Description Language to describe the composed service process. It not only makes the composition more flexible, but also reduce the complexity to generate business process, so that ordinary users can easily understand and achieve their goals. In addition, this paper brings up an approach to recommend Abstract Web Services and applications to users based on collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm. With the social network system, the UGS platform allows users to share their UGS fruits to more people, enabling users to enjoy a more efficient and effective UGS platform service.
