With the wide spread of data services, the rapid growth of mobile users, the higher requirement of user experience, mobile communication system is showing a trend of broadband, high-speed transmission rate. Therefore, the spectrum demand of future IMT is huge and there is a huge gap in the spectrum resources. Regarding this issue, international standardization organizations are doing their utmost to promote setting up projects and research groups to find out new available candidate spectrum bands. The topic1.1for discussion on2015World Radio Communication Conference mainly concentrated on the researches of increasing frequency resources for mobile services. Considering the excellent propagation property, most countries took1.4GHz as their candidate IMT band, where our nation put forward a proposal that band1427MHz-1518MHz would be feasible for deploying IMT new services. As a result, it is high time that we took scientific and rational measures to conduct the theory research and simulation analysis of compatibility and coexistence between IMT systems and other services in1.4GHz.Based on that, the overseas and domestic band assignment and utilization in1.4GHz should be investigated. Meanwhile, since the compatibility and coexistence theory plays a key role, this paper goes to painstaking lengths to describe the mechanism how interference generates in wireless electromagnetic environment, the possible anti-interference solutions and various interference evaluation methods on different kinds of given demands. The main contribution of this paper includes the following two aspects:To begin with, the determined coexistence analysis between IMT and other services in1.4GHz is conducted. Thanks to the service diversity, it is difficult and almost impossible through this hybrid analysis. To solve it, the scenario between IMT system and other services is modeled and then the complicate coexistence scenario is divided into several typical cases. Sequentially, I study and figure out the interference analysis results of different cases that include coexistence between IMT and radio location service, IMT and radio astronomy service, IMT and broadcasting-satellite service.Secondly, the interference-analysis database structure about IMT service in1.4GHz is designed. To simplify and systematize the complex coexistence scenario between IMT and other services, this paper proposes a kind of interference-analysis database structure to output more integral solutions. The database consists of three sub-databases, namely, current-service information sub-database, interference evaluation sub-database and decision making sub-database. The specific function and realization method of each sub-database is interpreted in the paper. Afterwards, I explain how the database works and the data element flows, centering on introducing adopted interference calculation technique in the interference evaluation sub-database, for the sake of readers better understanding the database structure. In addition, we selecte IMT service coexist with broadcasting-satellite service as a typical scenario. Under the co-existence of the database schema, we use Monte Carlo Simulation to analysis the scene, and draw relevant results. Finally, the conclusion is conducted. In terms of the paper completion and the wireless industry development, further research needed is also put forward in the end.
