The concentration distribution of the solid substance dissolution has alway been a classic task in the fields such as geology,chemistry,pharmacy and so on.It is based on the diffusion equation and the mass conservation between the solid-liquid boundary. Holographic interferometry is good at showing the concentration distribution in real-time,with high precision and little intrusiveness. In order to understand the rule of dissolution better,we use it to test the concentration distribution of benzoic acids in20℃water in one dimension.Moreover,with the help of image enhancement,dentification and extraction in the interferogram processing,we got the experiment data of spatial and temporal concentration distribution. It showed us that the existing mathematics models of dissolution can’t suit it well.As a result,we come up with an idea that the changge of concentration is exponential growth. Through the laplace transform,we get the analytical form of the mathematics model.Last, the experimental data was compared with the new models by matlab,which matches well.The improved model has a certain guiding significance for dissolution and drug controlled release system in biological and chemical engineering.
