The21st century is era of rapid development of information systems, whethergovernments, corporations or individuals, are facing with lots of information, whichdirectly results in the dependence of information and the refinement of social division oflabor. With the development of traditional and mobile internet, classical transactionmodel no longer fits enterprise daily processing. Challenge of how to improve thequality and speed of daily undertaking is faced by all enterprises. In the context of suchera, trend that automatic office system replaces traditional modes arises. Since the endof last century, the construction of office information systems starts. While a widedifference is between our information systems level and that of abroad. Foreign officemanagement system is more humanized.This paper presents a personalized office management system in order to solve suchproblems that how to do secondary processing and developing, in-depth research,analysis and research based on the traditional office management system over, andfinally to improve personalization and user experience of office management system. Torealize personalization, we embed our system with mobile internet and implanttraditional office management system into mobile phones and tablets, so that work atanytime and anywhere comes true. Through such terminals employees can focus on thelatest news, send and receive email anywhere and use the internal systems of companies.Finally people get rid of time and geographical constraints. In this paper, we propose acustomized function of office automation system, which is the customized reminder.Users configure their remind sets and the system could alert the settings automaticallyand display information on home page. Firstly we analyze the background, actuality,functional requirements and develop trends of traditional OA system, then propose theambition and contribution of personalized OA system. We introduce relevanttechnologies to realize such a system. Based on MVC model we present the detaileddesign and realization process of this system. The system provides functions includingto customized initialize the system parameters, dairy management, daily plan management, daily office business processes, enterprise reimbursement electronicmanagement, information maintenance of the customers’ enterprise resource, to shareinternal documents, to registrant enterprise resource, customized alert system and anAndroid application of such an OA system.We introduce the problem we are solving and the intended methods. Firstly, thetechnology used to develop traditional OA system is old enough to meet the currentsoftware development. There is no management consciousness during the developmentof this project, which tend to uncontrollable quality problems of the system. During thedesign and realization process of this system, we combine the popular technology withclassical methods to provide a huge and comprehensive data sharing platform andfinally improve the creativity of this system. Secondly, the terminal of traditional OAsystems is usually stand-alone or BSS architecture, which is not fit the requirement ofmobile office system any longer. Nowadays, the performance of mobile devices isgreatly improved and new requirements arise to traditional OA system, which is tosupport the usage of OA on mobile terminals. We take OA as a system for processingdata and business flow. We use the common database to produce business matters of OAand Android based OA, so that they share the same data with each other. Besides, itachieves the synchronization of information between systems and terminal applications,which makes it easier for customized OA system and removable business processing. Atlast we display the system test use case and page show.
