It is very important for the beginning of thestock market investors at the early stage of practice; the software is just to join this function ofstock market simulation. In this paper firstly introduces the basic knowledge of the stock, Then the developmentof requirement analysis and system design of software are described in detail, The functionrequired to achieve in this software is described in the part of requirement analysis. Divisionof function module of the software in the system design part, and the function of each partgives the design idea and constraints, using of C++to achieve the basic function modules ofthe software, and the interface is realized with MFC in this stock analysis of software, finallywe test this software function.
