Design And Implement Of Information Publicity And Sharing System Based On SSH

The corruption in Engineering construction field is outstanding, because information isnot public.So the public and the industry doesn’t know project construction situation and theenterprise credit situation.The government issued the《the work implementation opinion ofproject information and credit system construction in the engineering construction field》.Thusinformation publicity can be implemented taking advantage of the Internet and relatedtechnology according to the system and the process.So information publicity and sharingengineering construction field can be realized.Therefore,this paper studying the informationpublicity and sharing system in the engineering construction field has important practicalsignificance.This paper designs and implements information publicity and sharing system inengineering construction field adopting B/S system architecture,JavaEE developmentplatform,MyEclipse development tools,SQL Server database and SSH framework.In theprocess of design and implementation,firstly, this paper briefly introduces the present situationof government project information publicity at home and abroad.Secondly analyzerequirements of the system and build a model using UML modeling tools visio.Again, on thebasis of demand analysis,set up the system framework and function of system structure,anddesign detailly the rights management based on role,information publicity, informationretrieval five major modules,and design the database according to actual situation.Finally,based on Struts, Spring, Hibernate as the core of lightweight framework, to implementsystem,and improve the flexibility, maintainability, scalability, portability and componentsreusability of application system.The system using implementation opinions as a standard implements the publicity ofproject and credit information and provides information retrieval and query service forsociety.Mainly solves the problems of information publicity, auditing, and full textretrieval.The full text search uses the advanced and open source search engine Lucene, andimproves the Chinese word segmentation of Lucene and expands synonyms wordsegmentation according to the principle of Lucene combining IKAnalyser.Due to thecharacteristics of engineering construction projects,each project from approval to completion involves23tables. If according to the principle of each table to store an object, the database isnot easy to govern. In this paper, the database design uses data dictionary management way tosolve this problem.
