As the financial enterprise is constantly increasing, the types of financial products areincreasing too. In such a fierce market competition, all the companies hope to gain greatereconomic benefits. In order to achieve this objective, on the one hand, financial enterprisesshould improve the quality of their products. On the other hand, the financial enterprises alsoneed to improve the efficiency and the level of its service. Marketing data is very importantfor a financial enterprises, but many financial enterprise still use the traditional manualmanagement mode to manage these data, and this management way is not only cumbersomeand prone to error. This thesis introduces the design of a marketing management systemoriented financial enterprise, and using this system financial enterprises can manage themarketing data itself. The system can not only improve the management efficiency, but alsocan improve the enterprise level of service, improve customer satisfaction, and financialenterprises can obtain greater economic benefits. The main work of this thesis include thefollowing aspects:(1) the thesis analyzes the research background of the system, and the thesis has alsoinvestigated the actual working conditions of financial enterprises, and analyzes the existingthe problems of marketing management, and put forward the use of information technology tocarry on the management to the marketing information, so as to improve the service quality ofthe enterprise, and increase enterprise economic benefits. This thesis studied technology usingin the process of system development, including the B/S structure, ASP.NET technology,database technology, UML and object oriented software development method.(2) this thesis analyzes the system requirements, including functional requirements andnon functional requirements. The thesis also analysis of the feasibility of the systemrealization, including technical feasibility, economic feasibility and operational feasibility.(3) This thesis designs and implements the marketing management system.. In the systemdesign stage, this thesis mainly designs business process, system architecture, system functionmodules and database of the system. The system adopts the B/S architecture of three layerstructure. The function module of marketing management system includes systemmanagement module, product management module, customer manager module, customer management module and the marketing management module. In the system implement stage,this thesis mainly introduces the realization of system login function, product informationmanagement, the client manager information management, customer transaction informationmanagement and marketing management. The system development platform is.NETFramework4, development tool is Visual Studio2010, development of language is C#,database is SQL Server2005.(4) This thesis tested the main function of the system, including system login, productinformation input, customer manager information input, transaction information query andperformance analysis. The test shows that the system can meet the need of marketingmanagement of financial enterprises.
