In today’s society, in the promotion of high-speed computer network technology(Internet) and the rapid development and popularization of information technology,the number of smart devices are currently widely used, which provides a solid andeffective environment for device-based mobile network teaching systemimplementation support. There are many advantages of teachinginformation technology, enables students to take advantage of mobile intelligentterminal equipment for online learning, which not only greatly improve the students’enthusiasm, but also reduces the cost of funds for education. Currently, smart mobiledevices have been widely used for learning by way of mobile devices are slowlybeing accepted, and gradually become the main trend. Today’s educational modelanalysis, we draw the teaching mode is divided into three stages namely before class,after class lesson and places, teachers and student activities on campus, includingclassrooms, dormitories, a few home. Currently, in terms of the degree of informationdevelopment for our country, and you really want to achieve educational informationstill has great difficulty and challenging. It follows that, along with the computernetwork technology (Internet) the popularity and widespread use, as well as modernforms of education reform and the overall point of view, we need to make constantteaching of intelligent mobile and in-depth discussion of the research work, but alsothe need for a powerful system to support teaching.Based on the current situation and development of domestic and foreign mobileteaching systems to the system requirements analysis, detailed design andimplementation of the system. The system design background vocational educationand the status of domestic universities, and the use of object-oriented programming language as the main design concept to design, develop a set of mobile OpenWrt forthe development of language education system. In the system while doing needsanalysis, this paper describes the current needed to move the business of teaching, andanalyzed, so to obtain and determine the business needs of mobile teaching. The thirdchapter of the system to do a detailed needs analysis, system design and data flowdiagrams and use case diagrams. In the detailed design of the system, the paper notonly all the main functions of the system, the detailed design of the module, as well asthe various modules of the system to draw the interface prototypes, gives a detaileddesign process.Moreover, in this design, but also on a detailed database design.
