Design And Implementation Of Product Reviews Emotion Analysis System

In the past two or three decades, the online shopping has a profound impact on the majority of our ordinary consumers’behavior. As for the business enterprises, it is necessary to take full advantage of the guidance and decision-making functions that the Internet bring about when in commodity production and marketing and other aspects in face of the burgeoning e-commerce market. There are a lot of reviews about the productions on e-commerce sites, which are of important significance for marketing strategy. Textual analysis about the reviews of the products can determine the advantages and disadvantages of the products and also can make comparisons between the products, etc.The purpose of this paper is to establish a full set of analysis system for the emotions of the products’ reviews. Take the reviews of the cell phones for example to do an in-depth study, which is based on existing text analysis technology about Chinese and it also introduces Chinese text classification technology and emotional analysis technology. This paper aims at finding the advantages and disadvantages of different algorithms by comparisons. This article focuses on Chinese text classification and sentiment analysis technology.Since the completion of the analysis system, the author has accumulated large amounts of text analysis experience by listening to the customers’ feedbacks and by doing constant testing and modifications to the system, and also the accuracy of analysis results has improved continuously. By now, the analysis system has provided many products with the complete analysis reports, and it achieves the purpose of the analysis function for the product’s reviews.
