Development of human society in various fields helps to promote the progressof science. Computer science and medicine in recent decades has also madeconsiderable progress. Biomedical research has greatly improved, variousbiomedical databases and websites have been set up, and has been wellmaintained and operational. A large number of researchers involved in this fieldwhich further led to the development of bio-medicine.At the development of science, patients as a large population in medical areignored by a number of scientific researchers. Existing research databases andresearch sites are for researchers, and a large number of commercial sites forpatients are customized based on its own set of standards to establish knowledge,it is difficult to cover new areas of research findings and results. This leads topatients with no efficient way to get the most cutting-edge biomedical knowledgeresults. This is a real problem, the present organizational structure does notprovide a better solution.Specialized databases and biomedical websites use a standard medicalterminology, which facilitates the exchange of research results and share experiences. But these professional medical terminology also led to their use onlyin the realm of research. Patients and ones with no professional background inbiomedical find it hard to read the contents of the above sites and relationships. This is mainly because the user’s language and terminology are different, but thereis no fault tolerance for the average user, which led directly to the fact that patientswant to know the latest scientific research, but cannot get what they really want.Aiming to solve this problem proposed, an ontology-based patient-orientedknowledge system is built. In this paper, a WordNet based medical semanticdictionary is used to resolve inconsistencies in the user’s language and medicalterminology. Through this semantic dictionary, users’ language can be convertedinto medical terminology, and then look it up in the professional biomedicalknowledge. At the same time, establishing an ontology based systems, will makeuse of controlled language, reusability and sharing. Use and mapping relationshipsthroughout ontologies to represent the medical knowledge. By studying therelationship between the body to further tap discover hidden medical knowledge.
