Traditional Chinese Medicine Language System (TCMLS) is one of the world's largest domain ontology, and it play a important role in Chinese medical research and applications fields. However, with the growing amount of data, it's construction and development emerged in a number of issues, which has affect it's further development. Therefore, how to make better use of existing domain knowledge, have important significance for the building for the TCMLS and the Chinese medicine information system construction.In this article, we combine the domain ontology and domain literature, to propose a semantic relation verification and discovering method based on TCMLS and domain publications. And we expand our research in the expansion areas, propose a probability based semantic relation discovering method. The main contents of this paper is as follows:Chapter 1 is about the background of the system. In this chapter, we introduce the system background, application environment and related knowledge.Chapter 2 through 5 includes the problems we faced, the system design, detailed implementation and experimental results. The second chapter is an introduction to the general framework of the whole system. The third chapter describes the problems in text processing of Chinese medicine and corresponding solutions, it includes text pre-processing and relationship extraction based on association rules. The fourth chapter describes the ontology-based semantic relationship discovery and verification methods. Chapter 5 further exploration of the whole method, will be extended our research to probability field, propose a probability-based semantic relationship discovery method.Chapter 6 is the summary of the project I participate in school.Chapter 7 is the conclude of this paper, and further research work is prospected.
