Based on the near-infrared spectrometer and the application of light radiationcalibration requirements, the near-infrared light source stability control system isdesigned. According to different applications, it realizes the stabilization and uniformof radiance by using different control modes.Since the influence on the optical power of the current ratio is larger than thevoltage, the current regulated inverter is used as the driving power supply for the lightsource. The current regulated inverter with20W or50W halogen lamps controlled bythe stability control system provides steady current. The current range is0~5.0000A,and the instability degree is less than0.1%.Equivalent NIR spectrometer fordifferent samples, using the equivalent method for measuring the brightness of thelight source system via an adjustable constant current control unit adjusts thespectrometer20W halogen lamps of the current size (range is0~1.6667A), the lightsource is stable different output light intensity (the output range is0to65535), themeasured spectral data of different equivalent, an optical signal instability is less than0.1%.Spectral radiation measuring instruments for laboratory standard provides auniform radiance given stable light source, developed a set of integrating sphereradiometric calibration source. The structure consists of near-infrared light sourcestability control systems, such as color temperature continuous dimming devices andintegrating sphere. Among them, the stability control system includes STM32microcontroller, signal acquisition unit, a steady flow control unit, optical detectionunit, an electrical signal, such as the setting and display unit. Stability control systemuses isotemperature dimming device, driven by a stepper motor control aperture dialinto the integrating sphere flux into the optical port to keep the ball out of the integrallight-stable optical output port, and can output continuously adjustable color temperature, etc. radiance. Radiometric calibration source output radiance range is0to2000cd m2, the non-uniformity is0.5%, instability is0.35%, fully meet the scalingrequirements.
