In today’s world, people already could not satisfy the existing way of voice communication, They pursuit of a better way of communication, as the TD-LTE system, LTE system can not only provide users with a simple voice communication function, but also can provide high-speed Internet access and multimedia communication, LTE has a very good market prospect.The network architecture of TD-LTE is the base of learning LTE theory, according to the LTE network structure learning can make people understand the structure of LTE from the macro, LTE network can help people classification of LTE, which help people clear to learn LTE.TD-LTE is composed of EPC and E-UTRAN, EPC is composed by eNode B. eNode B is the access point of E-UTRAN. MME or S-GW is the NAP of EPC. Between EPC and E-UTRAN connected through S1interface. eNode B are connected through X2interface.First of all, this paper introduces S1and X2interface. After that, based on the TD-LTE theory, design and implemented an android applications which can vivid display knowledge of LTE theory. In this design have a evaluation module to help users enhance memory.This paper first introduces the development of the current state of TD-LTE, This paper introduces the development process of technology has made simple introduction. Summed up the TD-LTE system has these advantages, the market prospects of TD-LTE technology. Then the TD-LTE protocol is simple but comprehensives introduction of the communication between EPC and E-UTRAN, as well as their main function in LTE system.Secondly, a brief introduction of the Android platform, and then introduced the software how to TD-LTE theoretical knowledge combined with android app.Finally, the problems related to the system research is summarized, and the test system after optimization can improve the user LTE in the learning theory of knowledge in the process of interest.
