With the arrival of the mobile Internet era, Application of e-commerce, social networking, education in these areas require real-time communication capabilities, but it is hard for developer to embed real-time communication in application. So current market need a platform that allows developers to easily develop application with RTC capability. So the platform for RTC capability has become a trend in the future, and will occupy an extremely important position.This paper introduced a service platform that aims to simplify mobile application’s development and reduces the burden of developers. This platform realizes point-to-point voice, multi-voice, micro live and so on. User can use the embedded RTC capacity application. This method avoids application developers to master the complex communication theory, and developer can pay attention the relevant business scene, so this platform solves the problem of mobile application for embeding real-time communication. The test run normally and this platform has been in a trial in a city.This paper presents the design and implementation of this platform on CIN-SCF. It mainly includes following contents:background and current status of business development, the analysis from current market situation, technology level of the RTC platform, and then the detail about design and realization of the business logic module of the system’s overall design and so on. This paper introduces the RTC ability of platform in the development prospect in the future.
