Mobile medical streaming is a new medical service. In future, it will be used for medical diagnosis, medical conference and medical education etc. The characteristics of mobile network (different network system brings different rate and wireless channel changes) bring new challenges to mobile medical streaming. In this paper, in order to improve the transmission quality of medical streaming, we proposes priority cache model based on layered streaming and data scheduling algorithm for two scenarios of mobile medical streaming:low resolution (mobile medical education and remote medical conference etc.) and high resolution (medical diagnostic and medical imaging transmission etc.).The research of low resolution scenario is on network flow equilibrium and streaming fluency. This paper proposes a low resolution P2P algorithm based on twill priority cache. Simulation results show that this algorithm reduces outage probability of streaming, server load rate, improves upload rate of bandwidth utilization and average downloading rate.The research of high resolution scenario focuses on streaming fluency and resolution. This paper improves divided cache model and proposes high resolution algorithm based on mixed priority cache. Simulation results show that this algorithm improves layer arrival ratio, reduces idle packet ratio and outage probability.The simulation platform designs message interaction protocol and related network to simulate mobile network based on DenaCast system of OMNET++.This platform sets up relevant parameters to simulate mobile P2P medical streaming.
