With the development of computer vision technology, visual inspection technology hasbeen widely used in today’s industrial production and daily life.However, testing equipmentthat appear on the market are usually designed for detection of specific requirements and thereare limitations on use in practical application. If the user needs to simultaneously detectmultiple types of artifacts, or different shapes of the same characteristics of the workpiece tobe checked, then you need to adopt for each type needs a specific set of testingequipment.This will take more economic burden and complex on using. Therefore, weconsider to design a generic type of measurement system for the geometric component stateimage. Based on this idea, this article conducts the research to the key problems in imagemeasuring system.First, focusing on the emphasis of the lighting system and the imaging system, we designthe interactive interface and the corresponding solving the corresponding system based on thewhole of the composing of system analysis. It is useful to make the system software andhardware combination to achieve unity.Secondly, Taking a specific analysis for image smoothing and image enhancement byIntroducing the common image pre-processing methods. At the same time, Putting forward akind of image enhancement method based on adaptive nonlinear to strengthen the descriptionof the details of the image. It has very good application in defect detection.Thirdly, aiming at the problem of detection system in a specific study. We propose Alocalization method based on projection curve originating the background of CT imaging.And experimental results show the feasibility and universality.At last, taking author analyzes on the function of the system size measurement.A method is presented to calibrate the system that based on calibration coefficient so that the system canbe generality and ease to operate. Then getting a desirable results on the length of detection toverify the accuracy of the measurement system.
