With the popular of the smartphones, people get a more powerful mobile device in hands than before. Those smartphones have a powerful operation system which provides a reliable and scalable platform for applications. Huge number of applications have been developed and installed in those devices which incur much data while people enjoy them. The increasing data demand places pressure on the cellular networks, which may cause serious effects on some urban area with high density of mobile devices. It’s necessary to introduce a strong mechanism to offload the wireless data demand and optimize the overall performance of the network. In the areas with high node density, nodes often encounter with each other which indicates their relationship. We can introduce the opportunistic network to offload the mobile data demands. This paper combines the traditional centralized network with opportunistic network, introducing a hybrid network, and proposes a new hybrid routing protocol based on the hybrid network with " cooperative transmission as first, central additional transmission as second" principle. The protocol applies the transmission space and reputation into the PRoPTHET to optimize the traditional one and guarantee the delivery rate and number of the copies. In order to resist the selfish activities and guarantee the routing protocol, this paper proposes a new reputation incentive mechanism. Compared with other mechanisms, it focuses on the file character and nodes relationship by establishing quantitative models. The system updates the nodes reputation by two ways-initiative updating and passive updating-which can punish the selfish nodes and defend benefit the edge nodes effectively. This paper also proposes a new hybrid network simulator using modular design. In the simulator, the node unit works as base station as well as traditional mobile device. The node class has many private members which provide a good support for the protocol module. By now the simulator can well support some protocols such as Epidemic, CORE and etc.
