With the rapid development of Internet technology,a growing number of the wireless smart devices have been popularized, making more and more mobile users tend to use mobile devices to download content, browse news videos and so on.These behaviors of users lead to the explosive growth of mobile data traffic demand, which causes huge data traffic load and network congestion to the mobile cellular network operators. The paper focuses on the research of this paper, which is based on the opportunity communication from equipment to equipment to assist mobile data diversion, and motivates users to participate actively, and realizes the maximization of the profit and utility of mobile users. To solve this problem, the main content and innovations of this article are as follows:1)A D2 D assisted Stackelberg pricing model DASP(D2D Assisted Stackelberg Pricing)is proposed.First, this paper builds a utility function to quantify the satisfaction of mobile users and the benefits of content transmitter users.Compared with most of the work of mobile user utility function, this paper is not limited to a single factor of users, but comprehensive consideration of internal demand, external effect, network effect, economic payments for the content transmitter user and other factors.Based on the selfishness and non-cooperation of content delivery users, this paper proposes a distributed pricing framework to compensate the content transmitter user's cost with economic supports of the content provider and mobile users.Secondly, use Stackelberg games to simulate the interaction between mobile users and content transmission users. This is a pricing mechanism initiated by MUs to motivate the active participation of content transmitters to achieve utility maximization problem. In Stage I of Stackelberg game, the content transmitter user first determines a price for each transmission unit of content to maximize his total profit, and then in Stage II of Stackelberg game, mobile users decide their requesting strategies, for the given price,in an aim to maximize their utilities.2)Realize mobile data distribution based on DASP model.First, focus on the analysis of the existence and uniqueness of the Nash equilibrium point in the DASP game, and theoretically seek the optimal strategy to jointly maximize the profit of content transmitter user and the utility of mobile users.Secondly, this paper proposes iterative algorithm to calculate Nash equilibrium, which is the optimal strategy for mobile users and content transmitter user in the DASP model, and proves that this algorithm can converge to Nash equilibrium. Finally,a simulation experiment is designed to investigate the shunt effect based on the DASP model. This paper uses a small world network to simulate the proposed network structure, and compares the results with the current mainstream mobile data offloading methods, which proves that our method is comprehensive and more realistic, and has excellent feasibility and robustness.Through the DASP model proposed in this paper, the optimal pricing of content transmitter user can be obtained by only exchanging strategy information between mobile users and content transmitter user, which saves a lot of communication overhead. In the future work,we will further consider the demand of mobile users for data offloading in different periods, and establish a dynamic mobile data offloading model.
