Resolver is a kind of the angular measurement sensor, it is widely used in the servosystem. With structural stability, high accuracy, strong environmental tolerance and othercharacteristics, resolver plays irreplaceable role in some special occasions. But the outputsignal of the resolver is complex, It consists of a high-frequency carrier signal andlow-frequency angular displacement modulation signal. It is hard to obtain the angulardisplacement from output signal, Therefore, the study of angular displacement measurementtechnique based on resolver has important practical and actual theoretical significancePaper completed the angular displacement measurement system based on a dedicateddecoder chip, Composed a reliable decoding system after select appropriate resolver, decoderchip and the active component. In particular, illustrate the importance of the signal chain ofthe decoding system design. Realized range of360°angular displacement measurement. Usehigh-precision optical encoder to build an experimental platform to verify the accuracy ofangular displacement measuring system. And we propose a low cost decoding solution basedon CORDIC algorithm. For the zero-crossing sampling problem, we propose a compensationmethod and The compensated algorithm is simulated. Compared and summarized thecharacteristics of the two solutions. Finally, The sources of angular displacement measuringsystem errors was studied. We take effective measures for improvement from hardware andsoftware, And compensation results were verified.Take the actual technical indicators as a starting point to build an experimental platformfor angular displacement measuring system, and based on dedicated decoder chip angulardisplacement measuring system was experimented, results show that the system can meet thetechnical specifications of the proposed topics.
