With the continuous development of intelligent terminal equipment, communication network and multi-device sensing technology, the paper realizes users’ personal communication service intelligent management under the pervasive computing environment by the processing of user context, time context, location context, current context and academic meeting papers data in context-aware academic meeting scenario. The following several aspects are researched and summarized in the paper:(1) On hadoop platform, an approach is proposed to infer the user status in context-aware academic meeting scenario, which is based on the time and location context information to realize the reasoning of user status in the current time, so that can use the result to further implement the smart message processing. The experimental results show that the proposed approach has better reasoning accuracy and efficiency.(2) A hadoop-based similar user reasoning approach oriented to academic meeting scenario is proposed, which is oriented to academic meeting scenario, by using three factors of the user research field similarity, user location similarity and the attendee influence and semantic reasoning rules to implement the similar user distributed reasoning, so that can recommend the similar user in the academic meeting to promote academic exchange and cooperation. Experiment shows that the approach has high precision and good performance.(3) An academic meeting papers recommendation approach oriented to academic meeting scenario is proposed, which is based on hadoop platform. By the text analysis of the academic meeting paper title, abstract and key words, then calculate of academic meeting papers similarity, sort the results, and take the published time of academic meeting papers into account, combining with the user historical behavior to implement distributed recommendation. Experiment shows that the approach can get better recommendation result.(4) Based on first, second and third points on research, the hadoop-based personal communication service intelligent management system oriented to academic meeting scenario is implemented. The overall framework is divided into three layer, including the data model layer, logic layer and application layer. The data layer model including the data acquisition and storage module, the logical processing layer includes distributed processing module as the core module, the module implements the distributed reasoning and distributed recommendation, the application layer is based on the data model layer and logical processing layer, after processing the data, and then to provide the users with SMS, instant messaging and Email communication service.
