In recent years, with the rapid development of Internet applications, the network for the people has become increasingly deep, and has gradually penetrated into all aspects of daily life, especially the rise of e-commerce is to facilitate people’s lives and has changed way of life. At the same time, however, the security issues on the Internet has also become the current focus of attention, and how to ensure that we are not deceived by phishing sites when surfing on the Internet, how to be able to authenticate the identity of others when we are online transactions, how to ensure the secure transmission of information on the Internet? This is a solution based on such a background.In order to guarantee the security of information on the Internet, PKI technology are widely adopted.It is a set of public key technology and theory, to provide encryption and digital signature services for Internet applications. A digital certificate is the core of the entire PKI technology, it is an authoritative electronic document signed by a recognized and trusted user groups by using the certificate authority (CA), including a information collection of the public key of the certificate subject. Digital certificate to encrypt the information transmitted on the network, digital signature and signature verification, encryption technology as the core, can be used to ensure the confidentiality of information transmission network, data exchange integrity and non-repudiation of transactions.Products the Trend Micro TMSTS (Trend Micro SSL Trust Service), is a CA-based digital certificate authentication system, the system Affirm Trust (Affirm Trust by the world’s top root certificate management audit institutions Web Trust certified top-level root certificate) as the basis, through a strong encryption function and rigorous authentication measures, it is able to provision of global enterprise users worldwide, supports all browsers and servers SSL digital certificates and certificate management, to provide secure and reliable network environment. This paper describes the Design and Implementation of TMSTS system, after the discussion of the inadequacies of the system, and put forward some ideas that can be refined and improved.Since the importance of digital certificates in Internet applications, including banking, securities and other financial institutions as well as many e-commerce companies through highly developed digital certificate technology to protect the security of information transmission on the Internet, so powerful, secure and authoritative digital certificate authentication system is the current market need. Currently, TMSTS system has been on-line in the world, has a broad market prospect.
