| With the high school curriculum reform continuously deepened in our country, educational authorities in different provinces are required to set up rich and colorful optional courses, and online course selection has become an essential part in terms of modernization of teaching management.Analyzing the present situation and the prospect of high school general technology elective modules, within the context that Ministry of Education pays more attention to quality education of high school students year-to-year, the paper will further elaborate the significance of online course selection of general technology in high school.This paper first introduces the development of online course selection, including domestic and foreign online course selection development process, and then analyzes B/S mode used in online subject selection with ASP.NET and SQL SERVER2000as development tool. The online course selection technology is relatively mature in universities, but this technology hasn’t been applied widely for high school students. So this paper focuses on the analysis of current online course selection technology, and uses B/S mode to develop online course selection system.The main users of the system is senate administrators, teachers, and students. The system used in Dalian Innovation and Practice High School sets the enrollment information, the course arrangement information, the course selection information, the teachers’ information, the students’ information, the academic information and the graduates’ information in one. It provides management capabilities, such as data management capabilities, query capabilities and analysis capabilities, reporting printing capabilities, data reporting capabilities a nd so on.The system is easy to use and is user friendly. It can basically meet the needs of high school students’ online selection of general technology in Dalian. We will further improve and expand the function in the future according to the actual situation. |
