The development of network has influenced people’s work style, lifestyle and behavior of the enterprise, website construction and management has become the industry on the inside and outside of self display image, bridge strengthening the most convenient and efficient information communication. For different industries, different scale units, portal website plan requires a different individual, according to its image, business requirements and content, to meet the unique needs of their own. According to the requirements of the user evaluation, the use of scientific evaluation means and objective evaluation index, structure, function, test results and the evaluation of Web sites, one of the basic links become the E-government construction and operation and important work content. With the increasing intensification of social internet, network dependent, the problem of network security is concerned by more and more people. Port scanning technology has gradually become one of the problems of network security means that. The most basic type of port scan is performed using TCP full scan with the target host using the TCP protocol to establish a standard TCP connection, if you can connect it indicates that the target port is open, the results from this method scans high degree of accuracy, but because it is a connection between the host and the target too easily rejected by the target host. So port scan in order to achieve its purpose must have a high concealment and effectiveness. This design is on a Windows system using C language with MFC completed a port scanning program, which was completed for the TCP Connect () scan and UDP scanning. Because TCP scanning support multithreading, capable of scanning a single specified host or hosts on the specified network segment-by-scan, for a specific part of the port number or the specified port-by-port within the segment scanned. This port scanner can quickly perform a TCP scan, accurately detect open ports on the TCP protocol. For UDP scanning only supports single-threaded, a slow, scan results in list form visually unfolded.
