As the foundation of modern equipment manufacturing,networked is an Important means to realize high-speed and high-precision motion cont-rol systems. Networked Motion Control Systems (NMCSs),a special kind of Networked Control Systems(NCSs) have such advantages as reduced line-connecting, high reliability, easy to expand and realize information s-haring, but the network intervene gives rise to some new problems such as network-induced delay, multi-packet transmission and packet loss,net-work communication constraints, network scheduling and so on.To addr-ess these problems, needing effective control methods, more importantly, is to take the appropriate resource scheduling strategy to compensate or i-mprove network adverse effects on system performance.This paper first expounds the research background, the basic structu-re of NMCSs, some basic problems of the application. For the research of motor group synchronization control, this paper from the perspective of using the mechanism to research on a single object for mathematical mo-deling the DC servo motor, DC motor model into a state space equation, using state feedback control algorithm, to control the motor, the combina-tion of multiple single motor is the motor group model to study. NMCSs is a special kind of NCSs, this article emphatically from the Angle of time delay to the NCSs, first studies the NCSs with stochastic short time delay, It takes the discrete network control system modeled as a sub-system with finite discrete time switched systems, so the delay variation into the syste- m to switch between the models. Performance using the one step cost fun ction, sufficient condition is presented to guarantee asymptotical stability for close-loop networked control system in the case of random short dela-y. Design procedure for the stabilizing state feedback controller is also d-erived based on the linear matrix inequality (LMI).In actual network, they often appear delay is larger than a sampling period, namely random long delay, the random long delay of NCSs. Will have long time varying delay of NCSs is described as a class at the same time with stable subsystems and unstable subsystems of discrete time sw-itched systems, solve the time-varying exponential time-varying item of t-he problems of long time delay and time sequence disorder problem.Based on the mathematical models of switched systems,switched sys-tems were first introduced in the averaged well time method to establish the sudden large time delay of the frequency and the relationship between the stability of NCSs, and then using the small gain theorem stabilizing s-tate feedback controller design method is given. In this paper, we design a ring coupling synchronization control algorithm based on coupling comp-ensation principle is to control the synchronous motor group. Finally the simulation result is presented to illustrate that the proposed method can e-ffectively networked environment implement multi-motor synchronous c-ontrol.Multi-motor synchronization control under network environment is actually a multi-loop NCSs due to the limited network resources and the network time delay will make the multi-loop networked control system d-derived another question how to make reasonable scheduling network res-ources? Aim this problem, a variable sampling period schedule scheme b-ased on middle plug is presented in this paper. Effectively reduce the net-work induced delay and ensure the real-time of the system by dynamicall-y adjusting the sampling periods of the control loops, the scheme can ma-ke the control system work stably. Simulation results show that the strate- gy can greatly reduce the random time-varying delay the negative effect on the control performance, and effectively improve the overall control p-erformance of networked control systems.Finally, the simulation experiments were conducted on TrueTime1.5simulation toolbox combined with Matlab/Simulink environment to verif-y the effectiveness of the proposed methods.
