With the development of the Internet, we have some unprecedented technology experiences by the mobile phone. The number of applications grows rapidly in a short time, and the market competition is very fierce in the News application. Because the interface play an important role to show the contents of an application, and its visual design affects the consumer perception of brand and product directly, enterprises need to strengthen the brand recognition when they design the APP interface. Against the background of today, design the APP interface with brand recognition has a high use value and social and economic benefits.The design of interface visual elements for the mobile phone must attach great importance to brand recognition. Brand recognition is something that the enterprise and the designers hope to create and maintain, which can cause the good impression of the brand association, these associations implies a commitment to consumers. Brand recognition will guide the entire process of mobile phone APP interface visual elements design. In this paper, the author define the concept of brand identity and mobile phone APP interface visual design by collating and summarizing those literatures, and analysis the elements of mobile phone APP interface visual design. The author reveals the present situation and some existing problems about the interface visual design of the News applications, then focus on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of similar products in the interface visual design Besides, the author makes the personality and demands clearly through the research on the target group. Finally, the author makes full use of existing resources, do the innovative interface visual design of the "ifeng news" application, provide a theoretical reference for the in-depth study of the mobile phone application’s interface brand recognition, and provide support for the development of the "ifeng news" application visual interface design.
