The temperature survey and the control has the widespread application in the industrial production process, especially in industry domains and so on petroleum, chemical industry, electric power, metallurgy.The temperature control carries on smoothly to the product quality and the industrial production process has the very tremendous influence.Along with the micro electron and the embedded technical swift and violent development as well as the automatic control theory unceasing consummation, the temperature control system is also facing a more intellectualized direction to develop.This article introduced the methane power set cooling system temperature PID control method, in view of the existing temperature PID control method existence question, summarized the temperature PID control method optimized research trend of development, and proposed the temperature PID control method optimizes the way, has studied the mixed fuzzy PID controller, has designed in this foundation based on the ARM methane power set cooling system temperature PID control optimized system, including system design and various modules circuit design, as well as graphical interface design and analysis, and carried on the test to this system to draw the conclusion.
