| Low Noise Amplifier of BeiDou Satellite Navigation System, is one of the most frontin this system, familiar with this part is very good for the whole system work, link loss,noise, gain factors will have a deep understanding of the role, this is my article writingsequence, also happens to be the purpose of graduation practice.In this article, after the center frequency of2ndversion of BeiDou system had beendetermined, the gain and noise also could be allocated by link budget and simulation, andthen determined the device between2types, three level cascaded also been defined, ByADS repeatedly debugging and simulation, the final determination of gain,noise factor andstability are consistent with the circuit design. |
