With the development of Internet technology and wireless communication technology, thetraditional network access technologies are not able to support terminals’ mobility effectively, aswell as the security of the mobile terminals’ network access, so the research on technologies ofhost’s access to mobile network has theoretical significance and practical value. In order to solve the problem of traditional network access technologies, such as lack of accesssecurity, complexity of deployment and poor mobility support ability, a host identity-based mobilenetwork access management system is designed and implemented with the thought of separating thehost identifier from its network address. The approach of mobile terminal-user authentication undermobile environment is designed and implemented by using one-time password mechanism andcombining host identity with gateway identity. For compatibility with both IPv4and IPv6networkaddress, the simple IP address allocation is designed and implemented by using dynamic addressallocation algorithm of mobile network and IP version detection mechanism for networkenvironment, as well as IP address management mechanism. In order to realize active switching ofdifferent access points under mobile network environment, an initiative switching detectionmechanism and an autonomous switching strategy scheme for mobile terminals are proposed andimplemented to meet different application scenarios and user requirements.Function testing and performance testing are performed for this mobile access managementsystem. The test results show that authentication approach under mobile environment satisfies theapplication requirements, the function of IP address assignment can support the invalid networkaddress recovery under unusual circumstances, the active switching between access gateways isachieved, the delay of network access is within users’ acceptable range, and the performance of thesystem is enhanced.
