With the era of customer demand diversified, mixed-model production has become the choice of most enterprises. With the integrated scheduling problem between the job shop、 flow shop and buffer,this paper gives the research of mixed-model hybrid shop.as it takes the reality into consider,it propose the mixed-model hybrid shop fuzzy scheduling based on minimum buffer,and use the given improved multiple populations parallel algorithm to deal with the model.gives the main research work as follows:.First, this paper describes fuzzy theories and the genetic algorithm theories. The paper gives the fuzzy set and the fuzzy decision objective, constraint and methods.Second, this paper gives a class of mixed-model hybrid shop scheduling problem based on minimum buffer, builds mixed-model hybrid shop scheduling optimization model and mixed-model hybrid shop fuzzy scheduling optimization model with the uncertain processing time. In addition, give the improved multiple populations genetic algorithm that has different stages and different strategy to solve the model.Third, with the problem of dynamic factor, this paper gives a two classes scheduling method based on the profit and loss comparison.Fourth, this paper takes the mixed-model hybrid shop scheduling problem of a type of manufacturing enterprises for an example and validates the model and the improved algorithm.Finally, this paper gives summary of the text and ideas for further research.
