The next generation mobile communication system will provide higher data transmission rateand broadband integrated services. However, the spectrum resources terribly limit the systemdevelopment. In order to improve the utilization rate of resources and the system capacity,collaboration between systems and resources sharing has become a worldwide hotspot in researchfield, the D2D technology emerges as the times require. This paper describes the basic assumptions,the requirements of D2D communications, the application scenario, and analyses the D2Dcommunication session. In addition, the paper also simply introduces the synchronization problemof the communication between D2D and cellular system.D2D communication can share the authorized spectrum band of IMT-Advanced system by theorthogonal way or multiplexed way. However, resources sharing will cause interference. Firstly, thepaper focuses on the types of interference when D2D communication reuses the spectrum ofcellular communication, and then takes the situation which D2D communication multiplexingcellular user’s uplink resources as an example, sets up the system model and makes the simulation.Furthermore, when more than one D2D user reuses the same resource, it will cause aggregateinterference. The paper establishes the system model for this scenario, gets the probability densitydistribution function of the aggregate interference and the outage probability of cellularcommunication. In order to reduce the outage probability of cellular communication, it imposes aguard zone around the eNode B on the above model. In this guard zone, D2D users are not allowedto communicate. Through the simulation, it shows that the scenario can reduce the outageprobability of cellular users and guarantee the quality of cellular communication.Lastly, based on the established scenario and using the random geometric and the informationtheory, the paper obtains mutual quantitative restriction correlation of the cellular user successfulcommunication radius, D2D user density and throughput of cellular user under the condition oflowest throughput and communication interruption probability of cellular user.
