Introducing Device-to-Device(D2D)technology into the traditional cellular network can improve the coverage and the quality of service of the wireless network,and is expected to build a fully-mobile,fully-connected society.However,this new heterogeneous network deployment not only enhances the communication quality of services of the users,but also increases the interference to the other users to a certain extent.To analyze the capacity and performance of heterogeneous networks under D2 D communication interference,a heterogeneous wireless network model supporting D2 D communication is proposed based on the random geometry theory,where the network outage probability and network freedom are analyzed.To get over the interference among the users,an interference-limited D2 D user access control strategy is proposed.To improve the utilization ratio of network resources,three transmission schemes are put forward,which are capacity optimization,energy efficiency optimization and interference minimization by means of interference alignment technology.Moreover,to realize the green communication,a method of energy collection is put forward,which is suitable for D2 D heterogeneous network environment.Moreover,a hardware experiment platform is set up by magnetic coupling technology to verify the feasibility of radio frequency signal transmitting energy through wireless mode.Specifically,this thesis has completed the following innovative works:(1)To study the channel capacity of cellular network with D2 D communication and conquer the interference problem of cooperative D2 D communication,a heterogeneous wireless network model supporting D2 D communication is proposed based on the random geometry theory in this thesis.The capacity and related performance of heterogeneous wireless networks are calculated and analyzed.Specifically,the model makes use of the mathematical tools such as stochastic geometric mathematics and Laplacian variations.The key communication indexes,such as outage probability,user correlation probability and ergodic rate,are analyzed for cellular user,D2 D user pair and cellular user cooperative communication in complex network environment.(2)To solve the interference problem of single-pair and multi-pair D2 D communication in cellular communication resource sharing scenario,a user access control strategy based on interference-limited D2 D cooperation mode in heterogeneous networks is proposed in this thesis based on the random geometry theory.Specifically,the method establishes the interference limited area of the cellular user under the interference constraint of the cellular user,derives the radius of the area,and proposes a D2 D user access strategy based on the interference limited area.The outage probability of the system user using this strategy is analyzed theoretically.(3)To get over the mutual interference between D2 D users and macro-cell and femtocell(Femto)users in heterogeneous networks,a D2 D interference coordination scheme assisted by macro-cell base station(Base Station,BS)and femtocell(Home NodeB,HeNB)is proposed.Specifically,this D2 D heterogeneous network interference coordination scheme supporting micro-cellular network,under the same or different frequency resources used by macro-cellular network and Femto network,establishes the D2 D interference model in heterogeneous network;secondly,the D2 D interference model in the heterogeneous network is established under the same or different frequency resource between the macro-cellular network and the D2 D network.Moreover,to solve the problem of managing D2 D users in heterogeneous networks,a network marking method is proposed,which can effectively select network resources and modes for D2 D communication,and finally,from the point of view of optimal capacity,optimal energy efficiency and minimum interference,three kinds of interference coordination schemes are proposed respectively.(4)To achieve green communication in heterogeneous network environment,this thesis proposes an energy collection method which is suitable for D2 D heterogeneous network,while considering that there is a large amount of energy carried by heterogeneous network when transmitting information.A magnetic coupled resonant radio energy transmission system is designed in hardware,and the distance characteristics and efficiency characteristics of this system is explored by comparative experiments,Finally,a method to improve the transmission distance and transmission efficiency is proposed through the analysis of the experimental data.
