The Study On The R&D Knowledge Retrieval Of New Products From Cloud Computing Perspective

Traditional R&D knowledge retrieval has many disadvantages. For example, small knowledge base, slow retrieval, and it is difficult to do cross-repository retrieval. As a new technology which appeared several years ago, cloud computing can help the R&D alliance optimize the schema and the efficiency of its R&D knowledge retrieval. And it is actual meaningful to indtroduce cloud computing into R&D knowledge retrieval. As a result, this thesis has done the following works:(1) Analyze the features of R&D knowledge and R&D knowledge retrieval, then build a new R&D knowledge retrieval framework with the help of KaaS.(2) Discuss the key techniques which can be applied to R&D knowledge retrieval. This thesis introduces ontology to establish the R&D knowledge base. And in the part of R&D knowledge search, this thesis introduces the VSM model, sometimes, one concept may belong to several parent concepts, in order to cope with this case, this thesis optimized the VSM model and build a more comprehensive knowledge retrieval mechanism.(3) Design a R&D knowledge retrieval system based on the researches above. And this knowledge retrieval system performs better when comparing with the common one.
