With the rapid development of mobile communication technology, the China’s mobile broadband access network environment becomes complicat-ed, which will be mainly based on LTE and3G, assisted by commercial Wi-Fi network. High-speed mobile broadband access network brought new opportu-nity to the mobile internet. The concepts such as mobile cloud, light application and extreme routing emerged as the times required. With this background, a new challenge was brought to the network performance test about how to guar-antee users to enjoy high-quality mobile internet service. After fully under-standing the access network performance, mobile phone users can efficiently use the network performance to accomplish data downloading and sharing.To meet the test requirements, a kind of mobile broadband access network test method based on users’mobile internet experience was designed in this paper after considering the existing fixed broadband network test method. The smart phone cooperated with multiple test servers to carry on test work. Based on sensors of the phones, the network environment information was collected which would be used to analyze the mobile broadband network performance in one region. Combining with the existing test theory, after developing on Android platform, a kind of test software was offered to users as well as a net-work test SDK for developers. The test theory can provide a reference for the ministry of industry and information technology on drafting mobile broadband access network test standard.The mobile terminal equipped with Bluetooth or Wi-Fi Direct, offered the possibility of sharing network data among multi-terminals. Considering the existing data sharing method, this paper designed and implemented a mobile broadband access network data sharing method for multi-terminals based on Bluetooth. The smart phones were connected by Bluetooth and cooperated with each other to assign internet resource blocks which need to be downloaded. Each phone was only responsible for part of data blocks which would be shared through Bluetooth socket. Each phone’s mobile broadband access network performance was fully used with this method, achieving efficient internet data download.
