General system theory comes up with a general definition, a number of elements linked to each other by some forms of structure constitute an organic system which has some specific functions, which can describe the common features of the various systems. Systems science, including systems theory, cybernetics and information theory, provides new ideas and methods for the study of modern science, and has been widely used in terms of biology, physics, psychology and sociology. Nowadays, the rapid development of the Internet led to innovation in the field of information security and researches on practical technologies, such as quantum cryptography, intrusion detection, and disaster recovery, have been highly developed. However, from the theoretical perspective, there is still a lack of systematical theory on theoretical aspect, which can dominate the operation and guide the development of the information security system from a certain level. In this paper, information security system is researched from a new perspective based on general system theory for the purpose of providing a new way to study information security system.Firstly, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of information security systems, and divides these factors into several levels, and each level contains a number of factors. Secondly, Analytic Hierarchy Process is adopted to compare the relative importance of the influencing factors and get their weight in the system. Then a differential equation model is established to study the interaction among some of those factors by analyzing the mathematical characteristics. Furthermore, this paper discusses the relationship between multiple factors, system’s safety issues that may arise, and the changes of internal factors. A triple differential equation model is adopted to analyze the mutual influence among three factors of the information security system, as well as the changes after a certain kind of factor comes up with problems. Finally, through a multi-body modeling and Swarm model, this paper studies the changes of information security system after some kind of computer virus erupts.As the results show, the models in this paper can reflect the inner changes of information security system to a certain extent, and plays a guiding role in the development of information security system.
