In recent years, with the growing popularity and development of social and information technology, the coverage area of mobile communication network becomes much wider, a stable and reliable power supply system for a mobile communication base station is getting more and more important in some remote areas. Currently, there are many successful case of using renewable power in power supply system of base station. Because the concept of Enerygy Internet is getting prevalent, it’s a valuable research direction that how to combine distributed generation technology and mobile base station’s supply system.This paper based on the background of application of wind-solar-hydrogen in base station, build a platform for managing and controlling these kinds of distributed energy. This paper gives a introduction of the Agent Theory in artificail intelligence, every wind turebine and PV array has been seen as a decentralized micro power and be represented by a agent.Using Multi-Agent System to describe the energy management control system of base station, aimed at simulating the coordination process of energy between each base station.According to characteristics of various types of the agents, the agent struct has beed designed.The messages have also been designed for the communication among the agents. An imporved dynamic contract net interacion protocl has been proposed to research the distributed energy scheduling process.Finally, based on analysis and design above, this paper use JADE paltform to develop a simulation system for distributed energy management, take a simulation for power demand of the entire sheduling process. The results show the simulation system can meet the requirements of distributed generation distributed energy management system.
