With the growing demand of green electricity in society,more and more distributed renewable energy is accessed to the distribution network.In the "Internet Plus" times,cloud technology offers the possibility of people to participate in the exchange of green electricity consumption and trade.To this end,this paper will study the cloud platform information integration and application,distributed renewable energy consumption and interactive which may be involved in this study,and further based on it to explore the bidding decision optimization in power generation level.Firstly,this paper analyzes the information integration requirements in the information exchange process of power cloud platform from the perspective of information model,builds up a unified information model that can meet the needs of distributed renewable energy tracking and transaction interaction facing the cloud platform.This paper also proposes automatic information model mapping algorithm and multidimensional verification service when interacting with heterogeneous system at the same time,and verifies the validity of the model mapping and verification by an example.So as to ensure the information exchange of cloud platform and other systems,and laying the model foundation for later study.Secondly,this paper studies the analytical method of renewable energy consumption tracking in distributed partial area,further explores and proposes the renewable energy subscription interactive trading model participating by users,so that users can get the profit through the market bidding participated by distributed generators that is promoted by users' subscription,which helps to promote greater social benefits.Next,this paper constructs the intelligent distribution cloud platform based on the Cloudera distributed architecture,and achieves a distributed renewable energy interactive trading application system in the cloud platform,so as to turn the information model research and interaction scene in the preceding article into reality.The system is constituted by operators' cloud management,power generation and users through Android client interaction,showing the characteristics of power cloud mobile interconnection and flexible access.Finally,in view of the distributed renewable energy interactive trading background,this paper studies the optimization of bidding decision based on the interests of distributed generators,constructing a double stochastic programming model considering the distributed power output fluctuations,competitors' incomplete information,user subscription and other uncertain risks,which provides assist quotes support for power producers.At the same time,the solution of the bilayer programming problem is realized by combining the interior point method,inexact line search,Monte Carlo simulation,particle swarm optimization,the parallelization of algorithm is also carried out by using the cloud platform Map Reduce programming framework,which effectively speeds up the speed of the model to solve problems.The correctness of the model and the algorithm is also verified by using the ADN demonstration project data for an example.The research results of this paper can make a useful exploration and lay a certain foundation for the research of intelligent distribution cloud applications in smart energy times as well as the issue of distributed renewable energy consumption and interactive transactions.
