3GPP LTE is the evolution of3G standards, which will be a high-speed, low-latency mobile communication system.Femtocell deployment makes the new Heterogeneous generation of communication systems more complex, This paper aims to study ANR technology applied to the next generation heterogeneous network consisting of Macrocell and Femtocell, and design algorithms about self-configure and self-optimizate the neighbour relation. The next generation of mobile networks has some new requirements about network management, the algorithms of self-configuring, self-optimizing and self-recovery are all required to adapt to the complex networks.Automatic neighbor relation function can realize the self-configuration and self-optimization of neighbor relation. It not only has the statistics of the whole network, but also can reduce operating costs. Research on Automatic neighbor relation also needs to fully consider the new features and issues presented in heterogeneous networks.Firstly,ANR self-configuring algorithm is dedigned by Considering its differient deployment scenarios.Secondly, considering neighbor relation ranking and deleting, this paper has designed ANR self-optimizating algorithms by introducing fuzzy ranking methods. The ranking result not only can provide the best neighbors to handover, and can be used to streamline the list, to avoid unnecessary handover.Lastly, After a detailed analysis of heterogeneous networks with densely Femtocell deployed, this paper has designed an algorithm by introducing voting model. These algorithms can maintain the integrity and effectiveness of NRT, improve handover success rate and system performance, while reducing operating costs.
