The current society has come into the era of information. With the rapid development of mobile Internet technology, the competition in telecommunication industry is getting much more intense, which comes not only from homogeneous enterprises, but also from heterogeneous enterprise. As a result, nowadays the most significant task is to carry traffic operations for operators. Currently the traffic business has taken the place of voice business and become the new growth engine of new revenue pulling power for mobile operators. Some certain mobile operator has built the first traffic operation platform, via which the operator is able to collect the information of end users and dig their real demand. And this platform can help with the identification of end equipment, website, business, and make sure the plan and operation for traffic business are run properly and efficiently. Weiboblog is the most popular platform of SNS, public supervision and new Internet media, and it contains a huge amount of user information. However, there does not exist a block which can analyze the detailed information of weiboblog users in the operation platform. Indeed, this paper comes up with a feasible solution to topic detection and warning technology in weiboblog based on the existing framework and business. This paper introduces the features, function and blog detection of traffic operation platform framework, and gives the filtering methods of weiboblog, on which this paper raises the content detection technology. At last this theory can provide the mobile operators with the popular information among users based on the detected content and warning technology, which will help operators with the accurate push message.
