| With the rapid development of the enterprise information-based construction, enterprises have more and more information systems, such as the financial support system, information release system, overall budget management system. One of the most challenging problems in managing large number of applications is the complexity of uniform user information management and privilege information management. Currently, role-based access control (RBAC), due to reduced complexity and management costs, has become one of the major high-level access control model.This paper is designed and implemented in the Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) environment based on workflow and RBAC uniform user management platform. First, this paper analyzes the advantages of RBAC in the LDAP environment modeling, and the use of RBAC permissions as the user access control model, using the concept of multi-level LDAP directory to manage user data. Second, it implements a unified user management platform, which includes four parts of the main console, LDAP synchronization process, process components and the Web Service interface. The main console provides system administrators and users a simple-to-use interface, LDAP synchronization program provides synchronization between the database and process components LDAP server as the user information can be changed while the automation manageable and controllable, the Web Service interface provides user data interface for other applications vendors. The uniform user management platform has changed in the past loose, isolated management and can be reused to create a unified user management system, resolved the large waste of software repeat development. Also, the introduction of workflow mechanisms and review mechanism allows the user to do while management automation manageable and controllable, improved real-time performance and efficiency of the system administrator’s data changes, and greatly reduces the system administrator workload. |
