Unified User Management Based On Ldap

Along with the development of information technology(IT),the information systems are becoming huger and more complicated day by day. But those relative isolated systems have brought too much trouble which place down the working efficiency when users use them.Each isolated database about personnel information which is subject to one isolated system always brings up confusion to management and brings on inconsistent information.Even more awful,key information is blown the gaff.So it is a key way to build up a unified user management system for informational programming.The systems manage personnel and purview concentrative,and the alone informational islands die away.Under this background,this essay analyzed and actualized unified user management system based on directory services technology to meet the requirement of user administration. Following advanced design method and tool of LDAP,design,prototype and evaluation of unified user management system based on directory services was initialized.Main research and outcome of this essay was described briefly as follows.First,this essay generalized the characteristic of current user management which based on multi-system.And this essay point out the problems and disfigurements about alone user management.At the same time, this essay analyses the status quo about the user management.Then,this essay recommends the technology of directory service.And this essay expatiated on the normal directory protocol--LDAP by the numbers.With that,this analysis and generalize the conception and characteristic of user management.This essay discuss the tow pattern about user management(alone user management and unified user management).And it was pointed out that unified management of user information can solve the problems about current user management which base on multi-system.In the end,this essay analyzed and designed about the unified user management system according to the technology of LDAP directory service. And this essay practiced the design to validate the reliability of the design.All in all,this essay worked out a new design of user management system by researching directory service technology.This design can content user management to multi-system environment.
